I think you you want it back next to the start button.
This can be a annoyances in win2k..(windows)
Take the left mouse key and put it RIGHT NEXT to the start button hold down the left
mouse button and move it just a bit to the right or the left the task bar should
move or jump to the bottom or to the top or to the right of the screen it will take
you a bit to get it down right..
