Group policy can not effect in local machine when user login

I create group policy for OU in Active Directory. i also create domain user. When domain user login in local Machine as a domain user after login the domain group security policy can not effect his security seeting. If any one help to solve this problem / Thanks biplob biplobk2000@yahoo.com
