Wow. That was a fast responce! *lol* Thanks!
There's only two problems with what you suggested, and I'm sorry for not meantioning
it in my prior post.
One..You meantioend to hit F2 or Del. I've tried various F keys and what not, and
even 'that' wont work. It just does nothing but wait for me to hit a key.
Two (and probably the bigger problem)..I dont have a win2k CD. The computer it actually
a friend of mine who got it from IBM when he left. It was basically a system he'd
had for use at home that they didnt want anymore. Meaning it has absolutly no software
with it..no backup or anything.
I also remembered that, incase you might wonder if it's a actual physical keyboard
problem..I was using the on screen keyboard for awhile. You know, the one you use
the mosue to click on the letters and what not? And I had the same errors with that.
It wouldn't type but it'd open up a new window or some other messed up thing like
that.
Anyhoo..I'll check out the links you gave me, and thanks for your time. I'd appreciate
any other thoughts!
