Well you are going to need the win2k cd to repair it.
or you can just use a standard 101 keyboard and just live with it for a bit.
You also may want to get this item from e.b.a.y if you are now the owner of the IBM 
laptop you will need it with win2kcd ...
or pay IBM about 60 bucks for a replacement driver disk. (recovery cd)
