Try this
You must first check to see if this error is actaully caused by the service.
Click on Start | Run and then type in "cmd" to open a Command Prompt.
Type in "krbcc32s.exe".
You should see this message "An error occured while starting/running the server (1747)"
If you see this message you must install Client for Microsoft Networks
Click Start | Settings | Control Panel
Double-Click on Network and Dial-up Connections
Right-click on Local Area Connection and select Properties
Click on Install...
Click Client then Add...
Select Client for Microsoft Networks
Click OK then Close
