If that's true then why are you playing with it.
Just use the one that works and remove the one that will not work right...
Then make a new Admin. if you want and I'm not sure why you would want two Admin. 
on one machine..

If you run the backup in win2k and backp up your State files and make a ERD disk 
you can get your machine up and running in about 2 mins. if you have crash.
