To use the one admin account that works would require a lot of time to get all the
shortcuts, and configurations for outlook, ie, programs, etc. which I don't have
right now. And what if the same problem cropped up on the other account? I like
to fix things, not delete them.
I asked for help with this problem so I wouldn't have to spend a lot of time trying
to fix it if someone could help.
A second admin account was created because of a problem I encountered in the past
when my system had a problem.
That's not the point - the point is I have a problem, don't know what caused it &
want to fix it.
Also, runnig the erd will require me to reload anything since the erd was created.
Hence, I'm looking for an easier solution.
Thanx.
