Atul 
Start/Run     type in  gpedit.msc    go down the list to the Control Panel items/Display/look 
for the item called 
Hide Setting Tab   right click on it and select Disable

Note ****you must be logon as the Admin.and running win2k to use this tool...(gpedit.msc)
