Hi Grandstaff make sure you are trying to do share from the actual folder location and not from a shortcut to it (like on my computer for example. meaning if the folder is somewhere inside my documents then actually go to its location - double click my computer then c: then documents and settings untill u reach the folder and from there try right clicking the folder and i think u will have sharing button.
