re: 2000 reformat problem

Hi Bob,
Reformatting is exactly what I'd like to do. But since I can't seem to boot from
my 2000 CD, and since I'm unable to download the WinMe bootdisk from bootdisk.com
that you suggested earlier, well.... I'm not sure what to do.
Thanks for sticking with me on this. I'm sure there must be a way. Is there any
explanation why I'm getting the message "Strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup" when
I'm trying to boot from disk? And when I hit F1, the same message just repeats,
so if I continually hit F1 I get a page full of those same message? I've rechecked
the boot sequence, everything is enabled, and still can't boot from the disc.
Arrgh :o)
