Perhaps I used the wrong term here, I am trying to prevent users from re-sizing or moving the Start/task bar from the bottom of the screen. Is there anyway in Windows 2000 to lock the Start/task bar so that it can not be moved or re-sized? Anyone have a way to do this? The previous suggestion did block out the ability to add toolbars but I did not see anything about preventing resize or moving. Thanks.
