clues= start over with a CLEAN install..
It's nice to have Office 2000 but you can get a free programs that take the place
of Office 2000 for free like OpenOffice and EasyOffice....for just two of them...
EasyOffice is the one I like it comes with all the programs you need....see the web
site for list of all the items .
They all run but have a small nag screen when you start them up or you can drop
the nag for 29 bucks and that's about 200 bucks less than MS Office ...with many
more tools like make a PDF file on the fly that will save you 300 bucks......
