Are you currently using (or previously uninstalled) any sort of Recycle Bin extender
or deletion protection software, e.g., Norton Protected Recycle Bin, McAfee Utilities'
UnErase, etc.
Try a different file manager than Explorer - 2xExplorer, A43,
ExplorerXP (freeware) Total Commander (shareware) - and see if you still get errors.
The problem in isolating the error is that "Explorer" is used both as a file manager
and as the shell (the part that displays your desktop, taskbar, start menu, etc.)
and either one could be causing the errors.
