Question about 'Make Automated Backups in Office 2000'

I have Word 2003 running on Windows Server 2003 and every time I open the program
the autorecovery pannel appears and tells me about a lost document.
When I try to delete it (or open it) it appears an error message saying that word
can´t open the document.
I´ve serched for all autorecovery files in my hard disk and I found nothing. Also
tried disableing the autorecovery option and the pannel continues to appear with
the same document.
¿How can I get rid of it?
