Question about 'Share an Internet Connection'

hi everyone,
i have 2 computers one is win2000 pro and the other is xp pro. the win 2000 is connected
to the internet with 3com card. it also has an edimax wireless card.
the xp hase edimax wireless card to. i set up internet connection sharing on the
3com card on win 2000.
the wireless net is working fine between the computers that can see eachother but
still the xp cant get to the internet. why? thanks
