If you haven't installed a Win 2000 driver for your video hardware, you need to do
it. The manufacturer of the video card, or the motherboard if the video is on the
motherboard, will hopefully have the driver. If it's a storebought computer, the
company whose name is on the computer may be the one to supply the driver.
If it's an old computer you could be out of luck. There are web sites dedicated
to supplying drivers. You might try driverforum.com
