You can't .
You are trying to run a DOS command from a non DOS base OS.
It's true that win2k will run DOS base programs with the wowexec command.
It loads up the autoexec.nt and the config.nt and runs the win.ini and the sys.ini
for help.
Try this it may help run your DOS program.
