Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum

I do have my PC configured to accept all cookies and I added the windows update URL to my list of trusted sites but it still fails to connect to the windows update page (Internet Explorer just hangs at a blank white page and the blue bar in the bottom right does not move). Any additional ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! JMac
