Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum

Recently I have reinstalled windows 2000 and anything i open does not set as the
active window. Such as if i open internet explorer i have to click internet explorer
for it to become active. This seems to have happened after I did a windows update.
Has any1 else experienced this problem or have any method of correcting it.
