I've posted the file on my webspace so you can
download it from here.
Copy it to your system32
directory and rename as d3d8thk.dll and you
should be good to go.
N.B. If you're using IE you may get a
"This content might not be displayed properly..."
warning at the of the page.
Click the error and choose "Show restricted content"
and you should then be prompted to save the file.
Let me know how you get on.
