The BIOS sees both HD's Right. ?
Both IDE HD's ?
Can you post your boot.ini file
It's hard to say what you have on the 2nd HD.
that win2k wants to read.
It can be many things.
You can try this boot up with the win2k cd and run the repair this will tell HAL
to look at the HD's and hardware.
