I tried changing the BOOT.INI file, and it booted fine, but then the problem has
been intermittant, so I can't be 100% sure. What executable processes the BOOT.INI
file? If that got damaged, it might have problems parsing the BOOT.INI sometimes.
I haven't pulled the SCSI Zip drive, but the drive has been there for quite a while
and this problem didn't show up until I had to reinstall Win 2K after changing the
motherboard.
