I have a question about Get Rid of the Logon Screen:

I purchased a used computer from my prior employer, once I boot it up the only screen that comes out is the control, alt, delete screen asking me for a logon name and password along with a domain...I cannot click or do anythng else to the computer other than pressing f10 to enter the set up...Can anyone tell me what I can do to remove this screen while not being able to access anything else...
