Yes more or less
The win2k cd will take over the machine when you boot with.

Start Over info below


Reboot with the win2k cd
Windows will load up the setup files.
Then you will see 3 items listed
Select the 1st one with the Enter key
Windows will look for the systems you have on the machine.
Then hit ESC key=Select Don't repair
Then you will see the OS you now have on the machine
Highlight the items with the arrow key
and use the D key do DEL. the Partition.(s)
Then windows ask what you want to do Select install win2k will now take over and 
install.

format and install....
