You may find one .
Or you can make one on your own and just make new  folders on the desktop to hold 
the icons for the programs.
You can make the folders look like books if you want.
Many free programs on the net to do what you want.
Or
Find the MS Theme that looks like the library and use it for your background. (it's 
a jpg file inside the theme)
Or Ask a mate if they are using themes.
It can take a bit of work but I'm sure you can get it done.
