The Winamp, DivX, WinZip should be fine.
MSNM= I think you are saying MS Messager,that's a back door in to your computer.
AIM= Not to sure what this one is ,it can be many things.
Now for Norton AV can be a bear to get off your machine. a real ram hog and CPU user.
Start over,that's up to you ,I would because Nortons that hard to get off the machine.
