Thanks Dex i am finding out about more nightmare modem drivers (think i am getting 
there now in any case it seems all the possbile drivers are HCF/HSF so is just a 
case of getting the generic ones! Anyway i disabled the Motherboard AC'97 devices 
and all errors disappeded but the onboard Yamaha Sound card is stiil active and making 
noise! sooooo.... the AC'97 (sound at least) is seperate from the Yamaha soooo.. 
The AC'97 "sound" is null!! I wanna build my own motherboard!!
