driver gone/sec master drive atapi incompatible

Hello all, I would appreciate your help so much. I've lost my d drive/cdrom, I get F1 message on start up, it says sec master drive incompatible ATAPI, I have a CD stuck in the cd rom and the paperclip trick didn't work. I also see SMART capable but not enabled. CD says its not attached to computer. Please help! Tina
