Just checking, many ask about password errors on this forum and if you have a win2k 
cd it should be ok for you to use the link below to reset your password.
NOTE: You don't need the win2k cd it's just my way of checking to see if you are 
the Admin. of the PC.

Note: the command ,once you have a made the boot cd is  nt_boot it will open up the 
reset menu.
Also see the other link on the same web page if you can't get your machine to boot 
the cd up.
It's for a floppy disk...
