computer type: Compaq w/ Pentium III processor previous history: has had problems b4 but not like this, C drive is about full...dunno if that helps The last time i was on my comp, it went to a blue screen w/ error that forced me to just turn it off...when i tried to startup again it said something about a program that previously ran that caused 2 problems, one was something about sound...anyways it said to restart so as to automatically correct them, but then an Explorer error came up and continues to come up that prevents startup...when i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete there are no programs running but the desktop bg is there...the error says "EXPLORER caused an exception 6d007eH in module EXPLORER.EXE at 0167:0040a67" in details any suggestions? do i need to explain more? i'm hoping it can be fixed without calling for a technician
