Do you have win98se on the PC also. ?
0167:0040a67 this is a error call by win9x OS.
Because Explore is a big part of windows you wil need to run the repair unless you
have a backup for your machine.
(State files backup you made inside win2k and a ERD disk)
Do you have a win2k cd ????
