Boot up with the win2k cd and have win2k format the HD and reinstall .
You don't need a administrator password to reinstall win2k, it will ask you to enter
a new one once the setup files are on the HD and the install starts up.
Admin.password screen
Note*** don't by pass this screen with the enter key, take the time to enter a password
like 123456 and a user (YOU) use your 1st name with a password like 654321 ,win2k
will make folders with your name on the HD to hold your setting.

To format the HD and reinstall.
Once you see the install menu select the 1st item listed with the ENTER key, win2k
will ask you if you want to repair the system you now have select NO.
The next popup screen will show you what you have on the HD,use the arrow keys and
highlight the items listed and use the " D key " to remove them,once your done with
that have win2k format and the install will start after the format.
