I've installed an updated version of Palm Desktop from the link you provided. But I get the same problem. I click on the palm icon, and only the "title page" from the desktop application appears. It does not proceed to the application. One funny thing: after initially installing the program, it does open up when I click. It's not until after I restart the computer that it freezes at the screen shot. Any other ideas to fix this?
