I would like to share my experience with tweaking up the Win2k Logon dialog:

Recently I'he found a beautifull software that upgrades Windows logon up to WinXP 
welcome screen.

Whats cool:
- it support Domain. 
- has customized logon window (with LegalNotices text's )
- and some security stuff, network access, USB keys etc.
