It's not a bug , it's called Spam in real time.
You have many back doors into windows and spammers will find them and use them.
But the messenger service (back door ) is the easy one that spammers use to get in
because the default is Auto./manual enable but once you close that door it will help
plus use a firewall and a popup blocker.
(Close the back and side doors into windows)
Note***what you can see you can use.
If you install a program like
Anonymous Web Sufing ver..3.41 it will hide you IP from every one on the net.
