Question about 'What's the difference between Windows 2000 and Windows XP?'

I have a question about What's the difference between Windows 2000 and Windows XP?:

The question I have is: There is a flaw in windowsME and versions prior, You can overide the signon(hitting ESC) and start using windows, Is this corrected in 2000, I know it's in XP.
