I have the the same thing written on my mobo, E210882, but it is out of a Dell Dimension
8300. Here is an exerpt of a chat with a dell rep:
The 8300 system motherboard is a Dell ELX "flat" standard based on the Intel Canterwood
(875)P chipset. It uses the Canterwood (875)P Memory Controller Hub (MCH), the I/O
Controller Hub (ICH5), and Intel Pentium 4 (P4) processors."

companies have"
08/17/2006 11:30:14AM ME: "ok"
08/17/2006 11:30:35AM Agent : "The layout of the motherboard is in the link below:-
http://www.support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim8300/sm/techov.htm#1102286"
The part # of the motherboard is #M2035.
This one appears to be fried.
Also, does anyone know if the metal plate on the back of this thing comes off? Or
is it actually part of the Mobo? Trying to check the back of it for burn marks or
something to determine if overheated or not...
