OK, Luciano's last post was like a year ago, but if it is worth it to any of you:
If you are having the "GetRawInputDeviceW cannot be found in the dynamic link library
user32.dll" problem that didn't seem to get completely resolved, do this:
google search a program called "DirectXEradicator"... it is a standalone uninstaller
for DirectX... then reinstall directX, but make sure it is a version that is 8.1
or prior... DirectX 9.0 seems to reference this GetRawInputDeviceW, which is a feature
only found in Windows XP... thus it would cause you problems on a W2K machine...
I wanted to post this because I was having trouble for a few weeks with this and
this was one of the topics I looked to for help.
