When I plug in a usb disk drive on a w2k computer, the device has a (!) beside it. It was working before. I download usbstor.sys and usbstor.inf and tried to install it. But I got the "specified location does not have information of your hardware". It keeps on using the c:\winnt\inf\win.inf which I could not find in my computer. How could I solve this and reconnect the usb drive? thanks
