ME 'My Pictures' file deleted

....for a reason beyond my scopeability this message posted between 2 sections of a previous message -please shun the obvious, since it will happen here also- theroad

bought this used gateway, no my pictures folder or anything else in Documents. Please point the ways, scarecrows.
