Slightly confusing post!

If I read correctly, you've bought a second hand machine with ME on it and you want
to install 2k - and nothing needs saving. If that's correct, then you should just
boot from the 2k install CD (may need to set bios to boot from CD first). When it
gets to the bit where you choose a partition to install into, use the tools to remove
existing partition (hit the D key and answer the prompts), then create new partition
(suggest using ntfs rather than fat32) using tool too, and install into it. Just
follow instructions/answer questions. You may need to download 2k drivers for hardware
(graphics, sound etc).

Machine should really have 256MB or more RAM to run 2k well.
