Wake on lan through router?

I had WOL working great. I have DSL from verizon with a westell modem/router. I
opened the right ports on the westell. I went to http://www.depicus.com/wake-on-lan/woli.aspx
and could send myself a magic packet and use putty to log in.

Now, I added a wireless router to the jumble, between the DSL router and the wireless
router:belkin F5D7231-4P. I turned the westell into a bridge, set the belkin to
do dhcp and am forwarding the correct ports to my computer which is hooked directly
to the switch with cat5e. If I leave my computer on, I can still log in using putty
(ssh client).

I have run out of things to try to get the WOL part to work. Is anyone able to help,
please?
