If you install over itself, it will tell you that it's already installed, and you'll
need to up-grade, and not install again. Perhaps the best way is to un-install first,
then re-install. That will most likely fix the reluctance to find the server.Having
said all that, the best way to treat IE is consign it to the shaddows, and use FireFox.
