Check the CD that came with the board for updated drivers. There should be info
either on the CD or the board manufactures website if they are needed. W2K is very
old and the drivers made back then have a habit of failing on new hardware.. See
if the board manufacturer may have info on their site or a help forum (many do)..
Some boards need patches/utilities that enable DMA for certian devices. Yours may
be one of them...
