User and group management to restrict who has access to what. This is true regardless
of whether you are using all 2000 pro workstations or if you have an actual server
OS running that is housing the data. I would also suggest some training on network
management as file servers and shares are the most basic of tasks that a new admin
takes care of. CK is correct that it takes some work to set up, but it is not an
overwhelming task the (s)he makes it out to be.
