Hi Rick, if you install XP over W2K the new installation will just inherit the old
problems. In addition to what Steve suggested, you could look in eBay for the cd.
It's an old OS so you may have difficulties, and needless to mention, Microsoft won't
be of any help whatever. Good luck.
