.AVI Program Error Monday, January 8, 2007 at 10:21 am Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Richard (4 messages posted) When I click on an .AVI file I get the following program error: "explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." I also get a similar message when I try to convert .AVI files to .MP4 with Cucusoft which isn't able to work.
