booting and freezing Monday, January 8, 2007 at 7:49 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by briggette (1 messages posted) My computer only boots up to the Windows 2000 screen, then it won't finish loading up. It stays on that screen, and I can only operate iin safe mode. I've tried rebooting and unplugging the computer. Still nothing. A technician put XP on top of 2000, and now I don't have any of my programs from 2000. Help please.
