Please revisit your post so that others on this forum will know if the solutions

If win2k let you run the command you have the proper access, just need to dig a bit
deeper, see DISPLAY item listed.
But you must think like MS, start to stop and stop to start,enable and disable thing,right
click on the items,select Prop.
