The problem is that fewer and fewer web sites are compatible with older browsers.
The old PC has good connection, but can't run newer browsers due to small memory,
etc.
The new PC can run new browsers, but can't keep a good connection. On top of that,
the connection goes stale after 10-20 minutes of surfing. It then must be reconnected.
This only happens on W2k, not Win98
